II. CONSENT AGENDA/DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION Staff has determined there are no unusual circumstances or conditions that require discussion on the applications listed under this section. No letters or other objections have been received. Unless there is a request from a member of the Planning Commission or from the public to move any of the items to the public hearing portion of the agenda, these applications are read as listed, there is no discussion and they are voted on as a whole.
A. LP-11-01 A large parcel map application submitted by Desert Mountain Surveying on behalf of Finance All, LLC to divide property located approximately 6 miles north of Jungo Road into 15 lots; Section 35, T37N, R35E; assessor’s parcel #005-281-35.
B. PH-11-11 A parcel map application submitted by Desert Mountain Surveying on behalf of James P. McNerney to divide property into 4 lots. The subject property is located approximately 10 miles west of Winnemucca and ½ mile north of Jungo Road in Section 21, T36N, R36E; assessor’s parcel #005-627-05.
C. PH-11-12 A parcel map application submitted by Desert Mountain Surveying on behalf of James P. McNerney to divide property into 4 lots. III. PUBLIC HEARING/DISCUSSION &POSSIBLE ACTION
A. UH-11-06 A conditional use permit application submitted by Keith K. Kubichek to allow for a residential use (mobile home) of property zoned M-1 (Industrial District). The subject property is located on Diesel Lane; assessor’s parcel #013-022-13.
IV. COMMISSION/STAFF/LEGAL COMMENTS/COMMITTEE REPORTS-Discussion & Possible Action
A. Review and Approval of proposed revisions to designations for the Future Land Use Map, a.k.a. Master Plan Map Designations.
B. Formulation of outline for Master Plan Reviews in rural locations.
