II. CONSENT AGENDA/DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION Staff has determined there are no unusual circumstances or conditions that require discussion on the applications listed under this section. No letters or other objections have been received. Unless there is a request from a member of the Planning Commission or from the public to move any of the items to the public hearing portion of the agenda, these applications are read as listed, there is no discussion and they are voted on as a whole.
A. PW-11-38 A parcel map application submitted by Steve Vicks for Vicks investment,
LLC to divide proper ty located at 830 Fairgrounds Road into 4 lots; assessor’s parcel
#016-272-36
III. PUBLIC HEARING/DISCUSSION &POSSIBLE ACTION 
A. UW-11-09 A Special Use Permit application submitted by Dennis Dockter, to allow an
apartment over a garage in the N-C (Neighborhood Commercial) District. The subject
property is located at 936 Melarkey Street; assessor’s parcel #’s 016-052-02. WITHDRAWN
B. SP-11-02 A Site Plan Review application submitted by Desert Mountain Surveying as
agent for T.G. and M. Elaine Sheppard to construct 13 duplexes and 1 single family
dwelling on 3.3 acres of land. The subject property is located on East Fourth Street;
assessor’s pacel #’s 015-225-15, 015-225-16 & 015-225-18.
C. RH-11-02 A rezone application submitted by Robert & Tammie Quilici to change the
zoning from RR-13 MH (Rural Ranchette-13,000 sf minimum lot size with a Mobile
Home Overlay) to R-3 (Multiple-Family Residential) on property located at 4205 &
4205 1/z Center Street; assessor’s parcel #’5 010-361-20 & 010-361-29.
D. SN-11-09 Official decision on clarification of Eden Valley Road (from Morrison to the
Humboldt River Bridge) to the east and Stanford Street (from Morison to Sibbald
Avenue) to the west as adopted by the Humboldt County Commissioners in October
1996 through Resolution #10-21-96
IV. COMMISSION/STAFF/LEGAL COMMENTS/COMMITTEE REPORTS-Discussion & Possible Action
A. Confirm Master Plan Review for the Golconda/Valmy area scheduled for January 26, 2012.
Tentatively set schedule for future Master Plan Review Meetings.
